'Property was very well kept and clean. Room service was excellent. The beach club was closed and I really wanted to visit Tau Beach Club. Instead they had a suite near the beach but the vibe wasn’t what we expected. Only negative about the experience was after each food or drink event I was given a bill. I’d rather just go through the week and at the end of my stay leave one big tip instead of 25 small tips.'

'First, I’m going to Puerto Vallarta still at the Malia resort it was a wonderful stay staff was amazing especially the housekeeper Nancy. She was awesome off the hook. La habitación que nos dieron estaba muy lejos de la entrada y el el último piso. No tienen elevador lo cual lo hacía muy cansado. A demás no había señal en la habitación, no nos llegaban mensajes de WhatsApp no entraban llamadas. Lo cual fue horrible porque íbamos de vacaciones y era indispensable estar al pendiente del teléfono porque nuestra familia y amigos nos tenían que estar llamando.
