It was important to us to have effective air conditioning since we were visiting during a heat wave, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. 'Fantastic location across the street from Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and a very short walk to the downtown lakefront. Spacious, clean and modern - just a very nice and comfortable apartment. The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side. 'Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you.'

'Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...

'We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. This apartment is brilliant. Really clean, great size, has all the amenities you need. And then you look out across a view that is just magnificent. One of the best places we have stayed at. 'Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster.'
