'Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you.'

'One of the nicest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff went above and beyond to help. My husband left his sunglasses in the restaurant and while we were waiting for the ferry they actually sent them down with a shuttle for him, which was so helpful because we were going to Bellagio for a couple days. The pool is stunning. It was so nice. There’s very few places with pools there so it was great to sit out there in the afternoon. It was so hot. We didn’t eat there so I’m not sure...

'I was there in the off season. I expected a lot more fo the price they charged. Restaurant was closed. No lift and nobody to help bring my luggage down at check out. The lady in charge of breakfast was the best, so helpful and attentive without speaking any of the languages that I speak'

'The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

'Staff was exceptional as was the room, view and grounds. only issue was the shuttle. we tried calling and messaging but no one responded so we walked from the train station. Walking was fine, not responding to phone calls or whatsapp was not. '
