'Wel stevig aan de prijs, maar een prima hotel. Organisatorisch zeer goed: in-uitchecken, transport bagage naar-van het eiland, transport op het eiland, toegang tot het park etc. Enkel het park zelf zou nog kunnen verbeteren\; alle attracties hebben bloktijden wanneer ze open zijn, dus je staat regelmatig voor een gesloten attractie. In het waterpark zouden ook veel meer banden moeten zijn om van de glijbanen af te kunnen, maar dat is het enige minpuntje. Zeer uitgebreide buffetten O-L-D'

'The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up.
