'This spotless, commodious home more than met our expectations. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bakeware, food storage containers...anything you can think of! Six dining room chairs and five barstools means you can entertain many for dinner. Smart TV. Bowflex upstairs. Washer/dryer in basement stocked with laundry supplies. Huge closets and beach/bath towels everywhere. Comfortable beds. Enough parking for three cars if you are very very careful. And, again, each room is...

'The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. 'Lucy's loverly cape house was ideal for hosting our entire group. The home and its location were truly beautiful! Communication with the host was excellent. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Lucy's place, which is exactly described in the photos. It was exceptionally clean, and the owners have done an exquisite job decorating the house. The location is conveniently close to many activities, making it a perfect getaway at Cape Cod. Can not wait to return.'

'The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!'

'My husband and I were on the Cape for a family members 80th birthday and decided to stay close to the event.This house was perfect for us! Great location - easy access - and had anything we needed for our two day visit. It must be incredible in the summer with the water views and beautiful yard!!'

'Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely, two-level home. It’s very clean with comfy beds. We had nice evening walks in their quaint neighborhood; it was also a convenient drive into historic Sandwich. The only bummer was thinking that we’d be able to use the kayaks & canoe. My three teenagers were very disappointed. The site should make it clear that those are only available between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Otherwise, great place!'

'A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!'

'On the whole, we enjoyed our stay. Had informed Vacasa that we wouldn’t arrive in Falmouth until midnight 4/25 (as we picked up relatives at Logan Airport), but it hadn’t been forwarded: the sloping entry to the cottage was pitch-dark! In the morning we found garbage cans tipped over, & trash strewn all around the yard —the same thing happening the second night (both times we had to clean up a mess). We requested an hour’s leeway for departing 4/27, which was to have been relayed to local owner;...

'This was our second time staying in Mashup Village. The house was cozy and clean. Had everything we needed for a few nights away at the beach. The house was less than a 5 minute walk to the which was great for our 2 boys.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Easy to find, down a well-maintained dirt road. Check-in was a breeze. Private and quiet. The woods surrounding the property were peaceful and welcome. Deer in the front yard, turkeys in the back, rabbits all around. Super clean and comfy! Weather was spectacular affording many walking opportunities both from and near this rental. Biking would be a plus. Have been renting in April on MV for years...this new location is a prize winner!'
