'Mijn ervaring was super!

'Booked this hotel as it looked really good online. Also have been looking for a hotel out of the city centre and close to the Vondel Park, for regular trips to Amsterdam. Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk. I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date. After using the iPad provided for questions/complaints I found a number to call for maintenance but it was late and I simply showered at my daughter’s flat the next day. There was simply no water coming out of the hot water spigot in the shower although the sink worked perfectly. I got a...

'Excelente ubicación. Tiendas cercanas, vista preciosa.

'Lovely, clean room on a quiet street in De Pijp, near shops, restaurants and Metro. A short walk to museums and concert hall. We were there during a heat wave and so grateful for the air conditioning. The private balcony was great for breakfast on cool mornings. Ruud and Lisa were extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive, and even found time for a canal tour on their small boat, which was a highlight. As they clearly stated, the stairs are steep, as typical of those older Amsterdam...
