'Clean room but room was as bland as can be, not even one picture 9n a single wall. Only one small pillow per person. Staff very limited english. When arrived we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves with no help. Expected more from the Melia chain. Park tickets were cheeper online that on the hotel. Lots of noise on the hall ways. Of the 8 hotels I have stayed so far the last i would rank.'

'Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from Malaysia really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Hotel Phu Quoc.
As Muslim travellers, halal food is one of our main concerns when travelling. We were happy that the hotel provides several halal food options, which made our stay more convenient.
The swimming pool is also very spacious, and our children really enjoyed it. We added one extra bed in the room, so the room became a little smaller, but it was still comfortable enough and not a big issue...

'The double rooms are mostly on 4th floor and the stairs are small. It is tough to carry the suitcase. They have only big rooms on the first floor and you have to pay much more. They have only solar water geysers. There is no one at the reception most of the time if you have any concerns. The bathrooms are not tidy and the water gets clogged. The bathrooms are tiny and you should turn off the water in between your bath for the water to drain. Please don’t choose this. '

'Muy decepcionante. El hotel no se parece a las fotos. La superior room no tiene ventana real: da a una pared, sin vista ni ventilación. El personal no habla inglés y no entregan la habitación antes de las 2 pm aunque esté lista.
El desayuno es de mala calidad, con pocas opciones y te cobran extras como el café aun habiéndolo pagado. La ubicación tampoco es real: no está a 1 minuto del parque, queda más lejos y además hay que pagar buggy.
No lo recomiendo.'

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay very much and loved every meal we ate here. You can taste the quality and love for the food. All staff is very nice and the member who welcomed us on the resort spoke very good English and wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. With good tips and support. We rented a scooter for the whole period which is needed to explore more of the island. Within 15 minutes you will be at the Safari- or amusement park. The bungalows are clean and well maintained and the...
