'This is not a hotel. It’s a Homestead. I was just a small room, not even a desk or a table one wooden chair. We were there for eight days. They never once changed the linen on the bed. The bathroom was one of those small bathrooms, where everything gets wet. Also had a urine smell terrible smell.'

'This homestay is soso, and the kitchen is not clean and cannot be used. When we arrive the homestay, the host said the pervious customer would like to stay one more day and force us change to another homestay for our first day. Oroginally we should have whole apartment. They just give us 2 rooms for the first night and refund $80 for the room they cant provide to us. 'Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here. '
