The open-concept living area is the heart of the home, featuring comfortable furniture, a 50` HDTV with Roku for movie nights, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and all the essentials you need to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Rest easy in one of three comfortable bedrooms, all outfitted with soft cotton linens and room-darkening shades:

* Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds

The home includes a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We provide fresh towels and starter toiletries for your convenience. Step outside onto your private patio to enjoy your morning coffee, or let your furry friends run free in the shared, fully fenced backyard.

* Pet-Friendly: We gladly welcome pets to join you on your vacation. Assistance animals are always allowed. The shared backyard is fully fenced for their safety.
* Laundry: For your convenience, a private washer and dryer are located within the unit.
* Potential for Noise: Due to the home`s convenient location in a lively area, you may occasionally hear some city noise.
* Safety: The property is equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher. Please note, there is no carbon monoxide detector.

House Rules with a Twist!

We are OLD SCHOOL! Our home was built in 1920! So the plumbing is not probably like yours at home. We are on a septic system so we have to be super careful of what goes down the pipes! Please reaad the signs in the bathrooms and kitchens. We hate backups and so will you. Only toilet paper and the good old #1 and #2 down the toilet please. If the water is stops working, it most likely means the septic hs a problem. We have a shut off valve on the main water line when the septic pump is stuck. Trust us, this is a good thing! let us know and we will get it resolved As Quickly As Possible.

No Smoking, there is a $500 fee applied if this is violated.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Sleep Sweetly: Max 2 people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests, And we know our house is super cool and so are our guests so... No walk of shame judgement back to the Moxy.

Pet Policy: We love pets however, its a shared building and we want everyone to have the best experience so we limit the amount of 4 legged companions that are allowed on the property at any given time. Sometime the best rest is away from the kids! Thanks for understanding.

Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $150.


Trash Policy: Place all trash in the cans in the front of the complex. We do not recycle at this time.

Laundry: Light Laundry service is available on the complex. Use a local laundromat if needed for larger volume.

Parking Info: Two parking spots included. Please park in the apartment number that you are assigned to in your check-in instructions.
