Cozy and Convenient Beach Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this Virginia Beach rental! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. While there wasn’t a large outdoor space, the small balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view and ocean breeze. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. This spot was a great home base for a relaxing beach getaway. Would absolutely stay here again!

Condo looks recently updated, it was clean as well. You can see the inlet from the balcony and the ocean between buildings. We loved having the extra throw blankets already provided. There were also beach chairs available to use.

My husband and I stayed at this property after we had a house fire. We were not allowed to go back into our home until the repairs are complete. We were in need of someplace to settle down and get our thoughts together. This property was very clean and user friendly. The home is also beautifully decorated. We felt very at home. We were in town for a family wedding and the location could not have been better. It was nice to have a kitchen and more than one bedroom so my husband, our teenage son and I could have some privacy. The bathrooms are lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!! Unit is close to beach and restaurants. Parking is an issue if you more than 1 car. The city owned lot is not flexible with an overnight permit and will tow. Closest overnight garage is several blocks away. Kitchen could be better stocked. Frying pans need to be replaced and a coffee pot vs a 1 cup Keurig would be welcome. Charlese was a very responsive host.

This condo is just a block off the beach, it’s got a good parking spot for one car/truck. There are plenty of good restaurants close by as well. Charlese was quick to respond to my questions along with being a welcoming host.

It was a pretty nice condo, right across the street from the beach. Nice that they had some beach chairs available for us to use. The balcony was also nice to have, but the furniture was falling apart a bit. There is a parking space right under the condo which you can use which is convenient.

Loved the condo

Two couples came down for She Crab Soup Fest. Was great set up for two couples. Across the street from beach, Waterman great restaurant right there as well as restaurants at Marina. Only 1 parking space is tough when both of you drove a car. Other than that we were happy with the accommodation. Lots of stairs if you have someone in your party that may have a problem with that.
