The Space:

* **Master Bedroom:** Featuring a luxurious king-size bed, this private sanctuary offers a peaceful escape. Enjoy ample storage for your belongings and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Located upstairs.

* **Bedroom 2:** This bedroom boasts a comfortable double-sized bed, ideal for a couple or single guest. The room is designed with comfort in mind, providing a cozy and inviting space to unwind Located upstairs overlooking the front yard and 22nd Street.

* **Bedroom 3:** With two twin beds, this bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests. It provides a comfortable and functional space for a restful night's sleep. This bedroom is located just past the main entry and features a full bathroom. No stairs are necessary to access this bedroom and bathroom.

* **Upstairs Bath:** A full bathroom conveniently across to the master bedroom, and next to the double bedroom, providing privacy and convenience. Equipped with essential amenities to start or end your day.

* **Main Bath:** Another full bathroom, easily accessible for all guests. It is well-appointed to cater to your needs during your stay. Located on main entry floor.

* **Living Area:** A welcoming space to gather with family and friends. The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, creating a perfect setting for creating lasting memories. Coastal and nautical decor with books and games to indulge in .

* **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just looking to whip up a quick snack, the kitchen has everything you need.

* **Outdoor Space:** Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine in the outdoor area. The BBQ grill on the spacious deck is perfect for outdoor cooking and dining, enhancing your vacation experience. The patio features a table and chairs with a retractable umbrella. Feel free to enjoy the shade of one of the oldest Oak trees in Virginia Beach. The fire pit with chairs offers a perfect night under the stars for memories and s'mores to be made.

***Follow path in backyard to the large garage that features a dryer for your use, ample parking, bikes and all your beach essentials to use during your stay. Park inside the garage, or in the oversized driveway. (Washing machine is located to the right of backdoor to use as needed during your stay)



We offer complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your stay. Extra blankets, pillows and towels are available in storage areas onsite.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen are available for your use, providing ample space for relaxation and meal preparation. Outside, enjoy the privacy fenced backyard space, which features a BBQ grill perfect for cookouts, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and shaded areas to relax during the day under one of the oldest Oak trees in Virginia Beach circa 1930. Guests also have access to the garage, offering secure storage or parking. Free parking is available on the premises, easily accessible via the 22 1/2 Street alley. The property is conveniently located near the beach, allowing for easy access to sun and sand, and also close to various local attractions, providing numerous entertainment options.

The property is approximately a 20-minute drive from Norfolk International Airport (ORF), making it easily accessible for travelers. Explore the vibrant Virginia Beach area with ease, as the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and many attractions are within easy reach. Ride-sharing services are readily accessible, and public transportation, including bus services, is available nearby, including free trolley service during the summer season. Other Things to Note:

◆ The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

◆ The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $10,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI S Hampton Roads Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ PMI South Hampton Roads utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
