Goed uitgerust, schoon en mooi ingericht duplex huisje met 2 slaapkamers en veel voorzieningen. Dit toestel "A" samen met aangesloten toestel "B" VRBO # 7341307 kan beide gehuurd worden voor een 12 persoons accommodatie .. Het ligt aan de strandzijde van Atlantic Avenue, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het strand.
Alle nieuwe woonkamer meubels, full size apparaten, vriezer met ijsblokjesmachine, elektrisch fornuis, magnetron en alle keuken voorzieningen die u nodig heeft. FIOS Internet en Verizon Cable Television.

Strandstoelen, handdoeken, parasol, houtskoolgrill, koeler, boogieplanken en surfplanken voor de meer avontuurlijke gasten. Gebruik op eigen risico.

Kabeltelevisie met Netflix in de woonkamer, tv's in elke slaapkamer met Netflix, Heat / AC / Fans, open haard op gas, terras om buiten te grillen en dineren, wasmachine en droger, omheinde tuin, strandspeelgoed voor kinderen.
Drie mijl rijden naar het begin van de promenade, The Cavalier Hotel met lekker eten en alle andere activiteiten van Virginia Beach. Zoveel leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Om er maar een paar te noemen zijn First Landing State Park ligt vlakbij, Cape Henry Lighthouse ligt op loopafstand van het huis. Het Virginia Beach Aquarium, I-Fly indoor skydiving, TopGolf, bioscopen, bowlen, muzieklocaties zijn allemaal ook heel dichtbij. De lijst gaat maar door.
Er is een extra 8% lokale Virginia Beach toeristenbelasting die wordt toegevoegd aan de totale prijs. Het programma van VRBO is niet uitgerust om het toe te voegen, dus we voegen het afzonderlijk toe. Wanneer we reageren op uw verzoek om te reserveren, zullen we deze belasting opnemen.

Cute cottage with great beach access and a quiet location at the end of Atlantic. Far enough away from everything to relax but close enough to have easy access to anything you'd like.A few small notes; when we arrived, there was a cracked wine glass on the counter and the toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was off the wall. There was a small hiccup with accessing the unit when we arrived. These were easily resolved and no fault of the host, who was prompt and gracious. My kiddos loved having easy access to the beach and piling onto the sleeper sofa for movie night.Would stay again, thank you for having us!

Lovely Family Vacation

We loved staying at this cozy cottage! It was just enough space for our family of 4 and a great location by the lighthouse and beach. Everything was provided as stated in the listing and our kids loved taking their buckets of sand toys to the beach, with a very close beach access point. The kids already want to come back!

Early spring stay

I needed a place close by a 5 day class I was taking. The house had everything I needed. The host was great at communicating with me and answering questions. Even though the weather wasn't ideal for the beach, I enjoyed how easy and close it was. I miss walking every day on the beach. I even made a local friend on my walks! They have lots of things to use on the beach in the shared laundry room. This is a duplex with a shared laundry room. I had the first few days alone, but when the other guests arrived, I didn't really notice them. I did like the other unit's outdoor area better. It was bigger and had Adirondack chairs which I love. My complaints were There is a slight old house smell. they do have an air purifier. If you are very sensitive with allergies, this may be an issue. Also the early morning cars entering Ft Story gate which is near the house bothered me. I am a light sleeper, and I ended up switching to the bedroom away from the road. Water pressure was a little light in the shower but good everywhere else. Main bathroom may be a little tight for tall people. This is very sweet cottage and I think most people would be very happy.

Wonderfully quiet and cozy

Usually, we book at the Virgina Beach Boardwalk but this time, we wanted to try something different and decided for North Beach - it was a perfect stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and relaxed atmosphere at the beach. The cottage had all amenities we needed, was super-clean, well maintained and decorated very tastefully with a beach theme. Cozy place close to the beach

We loved our stay here! The outdoor patio is so cute and the inside is cozy without feeling cramped (except maybe the bathrooms - those are small but we made it work). The kitchen is super roomy and we LOVE the location! It’s in a quiet, private neighborhood and the walk to the beach takes less than 5 mins. We had a great week!

Pros: We love the north end location of this property. Access to beach is great. Living area is a good size. Making arrangement and getting information/communication very easy. Generous closet space. Cons: Bathroom toilet space too tight for my tall family, and shower has very low pressure. One towel rack coming off bathroom wall, so unusable. Pantry moths in kitchen and spreading through house--easily solved problem. Kitchen lacks pitcher. Several bedroom dresser pulls come off when pulled.

VA Beach cottage

A cute cottage that is just a short walk to the beach and away from the traffic of downtown Va beach. It is also close to wildife refuges, which was perfect for us. We are hoping to go back later this year.

Adorable and comfy cottage

I stayed here with my partner and we had a marvelous time! We watched the sunrise on the beach which was a very short walk away. The cottage is so comfortable and well equiped. The neighborhood was quiet which is perfect for me because sometimes I can have a bit of insomnia, and am sensitive to noise. 10/10! Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful, great spot!!

Cozy, Comfortable and Clean. I came down for a weekend to visit my son in the Navy to see him before he was going to be deployed. The cottage is not too big but accommodations were adequate. Good WIFI and very clean. Perfect spot for a family gathering. The kitchen had all cookware for our needs. The location is very convenient in a quiet residential neighborhood right outside of Fort Story gate 8. The short walk to the beach is a bonus. Love this area, I will be back

Not a great experience

I had lived in the neighborhood in the 70’s and knew it well. The house was okay, but very dated…and musty. There were several bags for mildew control around. I am sensitive to mold and had to stay away from the property as much as possible during my stay, leaving a day early because it wasn’t comfortable. There was no heat on for me when I arrived on a cold and rainy night. Decks had not been swept. The cleanliness of the older home was excellent inside but the underlying mold was a real health problem as far as I’m concerned. I had to wash all my clothes whether I wore they or not because they smelled musty when I got home. Perhaps in the warmer weather when windows are open in could be liveable. When I wrote to the owners afterward they said they hadn’t noticed but who placed the bags, then? It didn’t seem concerning to them.

Truly a home away from home

What a perfect cottage for our stay in Va Beach. Location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach. The hot/cold shower outside to rinse off was great- kids didn’t get cold! The home itself was well appointed and we did not find ourselves lacking in anything. As per reviews they truly have it all when it comes to beach gear. Umbrella, coolers, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards…even a beach wagon! We didn’t need to use half the items we brought. All items were in working order as well! The cottage itself was perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, nice living area, and well stocked kitchen. It was very clean and everything was in working order. The owners called to check in and make sure we had everything we needed- which was so kind for them to check in. The single AC unit in the main living area kept us very cool, but they do include a fan if you need one for the bedroom. To echo that main bathroom is small is true, but we never felt it to be an issue for us or our son. 10/10 would reccomend and in future visits would stay here again!

Private oasis

We had a great time at the house. The location was super, very close to the beach and without any crowds. The house was a bit musty at first but it aired out soon after we were there. The house was very well equipped and the owners were responsive. The bathrooms were very small but functional and clean.

Great Week at the Beach

This was our first vacation as a family of 3 and we loved how close we were to the beach. Our 2 year old loved waking up and watching Paw Patrol each morning and reading about Thomas each night. The walk to the beach was nice and the beach itself was great and wasn’t crowded at all. Everything we needed was included with the rental and we didn’t need to bring any extra beach things because they had it all. Thanks for the great week!

Lovely Beach Cottage in Private Location

The cottage was very well appointed with dishes, glasses, cooking pans, etc.. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The chairs and beach toys were thoroughly enjoyed and there was a variety of different sized coolers as well. The hot water was a huge bonus at the outdoor shower and we literally had the beach to ourselves one afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was perfect. We saw fighter jets practicing for the air show, several Navy boats, barges and endless dolphins, sand crabs and pelicans. We highly recommend this property and would love to come again!

Love it here

We love coming here! This is our second year coming and absolutely love it. The place has everything that you need and is perfect walking distant to the beach. We were able to see some dolphins swimming from shore and relax on the beach and on the deck at the house. Thanks for making it a great place to stay!

Comfortable cottage with communicative hosts

We enjoyed our stay at this delightful cottage. Despite the gray weather, it was pleasant to be steps from the beach and lighthouse, which offered informative walking tours. Hosts took care to ensure the house, including the shared laundry room, was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other items, making it easy to cook some meals at home. We were also pleasantly surprised that there were 3 TVs! We didn't use them all, but this seemed like it would be a plus for families. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to any questions that arose during our visit.

Wonderful time

Everything was as advertised. The place was very clean and the walk to the beach was beautiful. We attended our Son’s graduation from Grad school but still had time to enjoy the beach! Aside from the world’s messiest tree growing through the deck all was fabulous. (I imagine that the tree becomes less messy once Spring ends and Summer begins😂).
