Very clean. Nice lobby. Free parking, which is always god when you're in Virginia Beach. Friendly staff. Great balcony views. The breakfast wasn't the best, just cereal, bagels & a few frozen items you microwave or toast.

Staff friendly and helpful but this property is in need of help. Carpeting on stairs dirty and old. Tile in bathroom cracked. Bedding appeared cleaned but with as many stains as there was, it’s time to replace. Great location though with lots to do.

The Tv didn’t work, and I was offered to be moved after reporting but was already settled by then! And balcony door wasn’t/barely shut. Found a few strand's of hair in the bed and on a few of the towels smh

I loved that it was in walking distance to many of the shops, attractions and the beach. The hotel needs to be renovated. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The breakfast was not what we expected. We had to warm up the omelette’s ourselves. The juice was also very watered down.

Excellent Customer Service
I stayed for the day. My group stayed overnight. I ordered the wrong room. I let the GM know, and he quickly resolved the mixup. The only thing I would recommend is to clean the pool's walls.

Great location, but remodeling is gross
This hotel is in the process of remodeling and it really needs it. It's a great location on the oceanfront. The bedding was stained. The balcony was full of construction debris. The bathroom was huge but not very functional for more than one persons "stuff". The breakfast was served continental style in a "basement" area of sorts. The staff was lounging around and on her phone the entire time but expected a "tip". I sincerely hope that this remodel will improve all of the above for this hotel.

Property has definitely went down over the past years. Rooms were not clean and no hot water. Only stayed one night so it was bearable but definitely wouldn't want to spend a weekend much less a week there. Definitely not the hotel I remembered from 10 years ago. Staff was friendly though

DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!! staff walked in my room without knocking or announcing himself when he walked in my room. He asked me if I had an attitude so I said yes because I'm in pain and you just walked in without announcing yourself so you can leave. The rooms smelled like mold and mildew. The beds were so dirty that I had them bring us new ones and when I explained this to management they didn't do anything to help us out. It was the night staff that offered to move us that night but my son got sick. I spoke with the manager and explained all of my issues and unfortunately he didn't even offer me a refund. I will never stay at this nasty place again. They knew the rooms had flooded and they still put us in there.

The hotel was ok. Really needs some updates. The check-in staff was fantastic. Not so much with the breakfast people. They were rude and ignorant to all of us and we were all there at different times. The one girl practically snarled at us and kept shaking her head like we were putting her out.

Nice short term stay
The room was nice and clean. We had a room facing the ocean, so that was good. I just wish there was a sliding glass door out on the balcony or at least the windows would open up so we could hear the ocean at night but other than that it was OK. The door to go out on the balcony is basically a metal door with no windows. The door wouldn’t even stay open on its own so we could listen to the ocean. We had to put a chair in front of the door to keep the door open while we were in the room. They have a continental breakfast. Which only consist of cold foods, they had cereal, bagels, yogurt, muffins, granola bars, and bread for toast oh and bananas and oranges. They didn’t have any hot foods like sausage, patties, bacon, or eggs and to get breakfast. You had to have breakfast tickets which is fine and I understand why they do that so people just can’t come in off the street and eat breakfast, the two women that they had there with the breakfast were very rude. All in all I can say if you was just there for a weekend like we were then it’s a wonderful place to stay you were right in the middle of everything you’re right at the pier. Lots of nightlife around, so that was fun.
