'Tough review. This is a five star location as far as I am concerned.. Little to complain about. Responsive staff.. I could live here easily and be quite comfortable. The food was all at least... a 4 out of 5 which is really good for the philippines in general. The villas are top notch. We really enjoyed our two nights.. but. 1. Calling the room (more than once) to ask if we are coming to eat dinner when we were explicitly told last order is at 8pm... The calls started before 6pm.. One...

'Me and my wife had a really nice stay at Badian Wellnes Resort. Since it is low season there were not many guests but there surely was not lack of people around to help with everything. We experienced extremely polite service from the staff from the reception to the housekeeping and waiters. All were very service-minded and helped us with everything we had in mind. The facilities were clean overall and food was really good. We can only give our best recommendation!'

'Very nice hotel to stay. Staff was very helpfull. Wifi was a big issue. No connection at room during daytime. Sometimes when you had luck you had connection at night. Needs new voucher every 3days! Good connection wifi at poolside and restaurant. Restaurant has good foods, staff is helpfull but empty plates stay long at the table when finished. '

'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to...

'Need some relaxation? This is the place. Nice comfortable rooms, very friendly helpful staff, and an excellent restaurant. The pool and beach settings were beautiful. Other services are available like spa and tours. The front desk folks are eager to help. Loved this place!'
