'Very close to St. Mark's Basilica, and yet worlds away, Charming House IQs is a lovely apartment to stay in when visiting Venice. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to arrange arrival and departure, and helpful with suggestions. The apartment's furnishings are a little dated, but still very clean and comfortable.'

'Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. '

'Very comfortable and clean room - the tea/coffee making facilities & fridge were a welcome touch. Peaceful location away from the busy tourist areas and yet only a 10 min walk from Piazza San Marco. 'It was good overall experience. Location is great as it is right beside the Piazza San Marco, but anywhere in venice is good location so not so valid point to me. Staff ls were very nice and helpful. I had no specific issues so I cannot say how they handle the problem but they seem to be very nice. Room is good size and the washroom is a bit small but good for Italy actually. I didn’t have any problem with the size. My room had a small balcony with a table and chairs. It was facing away from...
