'Prima hotel, maar het restaurant heeft en verdient geen ster. Onder signatuur van een sterrenchef werken zou gelijkwaardig moeten zijn. De kamerservice liet ook wat steken vallen. Verder was alles perfect. Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen.'

'Reception insisted on making a copy of my passport for no clear reason, the needed information was already given through Expedia itself and could have been entered into the computer manually without making a copy. Making copies of Dutch passports is illegal under Dutch law and is completely unnecessary. Staff ls were very nice and helpful. I had no specific issues so I cannot say how they handle the problem but they seem to be very nice.
