'Visited Ashnil as part of a longer trip. The other Lodges have excellent dinner and lunch meals and service. Here, we were told on arrival that each sitting would cost us a small fortune for what turned out to be very mediocre meals. You are in the middle of nowhere, so paying for these meals left a bitter taste in the mouth for a one-night stay. Service was inferior, period. The bathrooms are horrible - see photos. 'The staff at the house that are fantastic job and was quick to greet us and make us their extremely welcome. The pictures don't do justice to the amenities inside the home or it's comfort. I would definitely go out of my way to pick this one again. And extremely close to the park.'
