Front desk receptionist and manager were welcoming friendly and attentive always answered all of our questions with respect and knowledge. The room did smell some what moldy that's the only down side of the hotel but it wasn't an over barring smell it was torable. The pool was area was clean and enjoyable for my family and I we had a nice family trip. I definitely recommend the hotel '

'I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building.
I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust".
I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. '
