'This house provided the perfect location for driving the road to Hana and making the trip to the top of Haleakala. We enjoyed pizza at Jaws (walkable), breakfast from Baked on Maui (in Haiku),Aloha 'Aina BBQ (food truck nearby), and the breakfast treats and snacks provided by the host. It was an easy drive from the airport too.'

'The Treehouse suited my wife and me perfectly. I think it would be a challenge to fine a place that is more peaceful and tranquil, as far as a vacation rental in Kihei. It is also a nice place to view the sunsets.'

It has one of the best stocked kitchens to do your own cooking along with a ton extras for your beach adventures. 'This is our second time at Hanks. It was as beautiful as the first time. Hank is such a wonderful guy who would bring me lettuce and lemons from his yard. Love the privacy of the place and Haiku is such a great time. Close to beaches , Paia Ana Makawao.'

'The Jungalow was an amazing spot to begin our Hawaiian vacation. It was the perfect spot to explore upcountry and East Maui. We loved being only an hour drive to sunrise and a good spot to begin Road to Hana as well. So much adventure to explore around here. We enjoyed dinner at Mama’s one night (what a treat), but loved coming back to the Jungalo to rest our tired legs the other nights. A good soak in the hot tub is the perfect end to day whether watching the sunset or the stars twinkle. Loved...

'The hosts were really great at answering any questions prior to check-in and also touched base with us to ensure we had all we needed. The property itself was beautiful. It was so nice waking up in the morning, having coffee on the back porch and listening to the birds. It was a pretty short/enjoyable walk to restaurants and nightlife and the driveway was awesome for quick parking of our car. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to visit Maui! 'All we can say is “Wow”. The cottage is so cosy and has anything and everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation! The bedroom looked out onto the ocean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The living room had a plush comfy couch and large tv which was nice to cozy up on in the evenings after a long day in the sun. The kitchen had every piece of equipment you could ever need including a juicer with an endless supply of oranges on the trees...

'The house is exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outdoor lanai was beautiful. We especially appreciated being greeted on arrival by the propert manager, Debbie. She gave us a tour of the house. She was extremely responsive when we had a small issue and checked in with us during our stay.'

'Nice small bungalow with everything you need for your stay. Coffee, spices, bottle of wine and kits of little extras. Had a small barbecue, just need to bring your own briquettes. Property managers were super responsive and provided everything needed. Including chairs and boogie boards for the beach. Audio on the road to Hana. Works stay here again'

'My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo very much. The check in/check out was easy. The detached unit felt private and roomy. It was very clean. The place was as advertised. No surprises. Easy walk to Paia with its restaurants and shopping. Close to beaches and to airport. Good overall location on Maui.'

'Barbs condo was absolutely perfect! Great location- we were able to walk to the harbor with shops and restaurants. Central location to easily access all parts of Maui. Condo was super clean and well equipped. Barb has everything you need to make you feel at home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bamboo beach mats, towels, toys, a couple pairs of snorkel gear We would definitely stay here again!..'
