'Great communication with the owners. Really appreciated the property being proactive with our late check-in, and the owners working with us to check out late because of some special circumstances. The pool and hot tub were a highlight- kids enjoyed both with a roll in the snow in between. We were impressed they changed the water in the hot tubs daily- it was very clean.
