'Our second time in two years staying at this location. Unfortunately, it was disappointing this time. While clean, the room was worn down. Bathroom door stuck, heat/air conditioning not functioning properly (either we were freezing or roasting - no middle ground), worn furniture, etc. Pool and hot tub not functioning caused a line at the front desk of families cancelling their stay. No functioning ice machine either.'
