'Ben was so accommodating in getting us extra blankets and pillows-they were warm from the dryer!!! and we were so tired from a day of cheer competition. We stay here 2x a year and the front desk clerk (Im so sorry I forgot her name) is always helpful and sweet. My only request would be hot food for breakfast-at least eggs and bacon. Hungry cheerleaders and coaches need protein!!'

'Very disappointed. The hotel was extremely clean but could not get maid service on the second night after three requests. They had no clean towels untill 8PM. The shades would not go down and they would not fix them. Pool and fitness center were not very nice at all. 'We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street).
