'It was clean and well located '

'We stayed for one week. We walked for breakfast every day, and then downtown in the afternoon. The apartment is just as pictured. There is a lovely courtyard at the complex. There are many amazing restaurants downtown, as well as shopping. Would have given 5 stars for everything if it were not for a glitch with the keyless entry. Walnut Creek is beautiful.'

'Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile.'

The pre-checkin process was lengthy and the system as not super user friendly but the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. They bent over backwards to address our questions and requests! '
