'Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek. 'The house was impressive and roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked with complimentary coffee and small snacks. The pool was the perfect temperature and my kids practically lived in it the entire time we stayed. The Host was friendly and responsive with all questions and even allowed us to arrive earlier than the check in time. The neighbors have very large dogs that were super friendly. One of the dogs came over to visit while we were unpacking and was so sweet, my kids thought he was the best!!...
