'We've been booking our annual Washington coast trip on VRBO for years, and this house is an absolute gem. It was the perfect size for our family and a couple of friends—plenty of space for everyone without feeling on top of each other.The location is exactly what you want in Pacific Beach. It was just a short, easy walk down to the beach, which was a lifesaver with kids and all our gear. 'Het huis is binnen prima! Netjes, fijne bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken.Ook de bereikbaarheid via een gravelroad vonden we geen probleem.Maar de oprit, tuin en buitentrap hebben echt onderhoud nodig en de bbq bij de entree is erg vies. Het huis heeft veel potentie, nu de buitenkant nog.'
