Capitol Hill Eastern Market

Na twee jaar bouwen zijn we terug en beter dan ooit! We bieden een prachtige smetteloze kamer met een queensize bed en een luxe badkamerappartement. We hebben ook vloerverwarming in de badkamer, zeer waardevolle gerenoveerde houten vloeren, gecentraliseerd airconditioningsysteem, wasmachine en droger, granieten aanrechtblad in de inloopdouche met vloerverwarming.

Elke kamer is apart te huur, u kunt een of beide kamers reserveren op basis van uw behoeften. De prijs is afhankelijk van het feit of een of beide kamers worden verhuurd. Beide kamers zijn gescheiden door de badkamer en keuken.

** Parkeervergunning kan slechts 3 dagen van tevoren worden afgegeven.
** Wasmiddel is niet inbegrepen.

Ik woon op de bovenste verdieping van het herenhuis, maar ik huur de benedenverdieping. Gelieve bij het verzenden van een verzoek om te reserveren het aantal mensen in uw feest te vermelden.

PARKEREN in de buurt is gratis, wij zullen u een parkeervergunning voor de buurt verstrekken voor uw gemak.

Het is een blok verwijderd van een coffeeshop en 28 restaurants, evenals een blok verwijderd van de blauwe en oranje metrolijn in de Oosterse markt. 5 blokken van Supreme Court, US Capital, bibliotheek van het Congres. Het ligt op een steenworp afstand van het hele DC-gebied!

Enise is the most gracious host. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the best it could be. Charming and clean place to stay. Walking distance to the Capitol and Eastern Market. Wonderful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and great restaurants/shops nearby. Will be staying here again on our next trip to DC!

The property was pristine and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully done. In addition, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to various restaurants, the Eastern Market, the Capitol and other buildings of interest to us. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this unit!

Convenient to coffee, food, and Metro to get around DC. Close enough to walk to Mall attractions.Could have used a coffee machine or hot water machine for personal drinks. Front door needs a better seal. Though small, I recommend staying here.

I loved everything about my stay! My daughter recently moved into the Capitol Hill area, and this could not have been more perfect a place to stay for me. The apartment is so comfortable, the bed is great, the bathroom, especially the shower, are pristine and in excellent condition. and there is even a washer/dryer, which i really needed. The location is tremendous--right by Eastern Market and lots of great shops and restaurants (including my all-time favorite fashion consignment shop, Clothes Experience!). Enise is very responsive and I felt well taken care of. Two things to note: there is no TV and no coffee maker/fridge.There are great coffee shops nearby, and when i wanted a little TV I just watched it on my laptop. So 100% excellent stay and I can't wait to return!

A disapointment

This place is pretty and clean with pictures of the owner on the wall. Bed was comfy, and shower was nice and attractive. Loved the location close to the Eastern Market.We were too cold there throughout our stay, even though the temperature outside was 70 degrees. We called the owner, who said she was out of town; and she gave suggestions that did not work

Amazing location!

This was my first time visiting DC and this was the perfect location we could have found. The owner was communicative and helpful with suggestions for how to spend some of our downtime (eastern market breakfast, farmers market, restaurants close to the VRBO). We will be back!

Room was clean. However, a mini fridge would be nice for someone who needs to have scripts refrigerated. Also take a laptop to watch tv, there isn’t one. 4 blocks to the metro or the busline is on A street. Lots of restaurants. Parking on street was great, requested a parking pass thru dc parking . Only concern is you are locked in the room. If there were a fire or other emergency you have to unlock the door to get out which is a fire hazard. Otherwise it was great.

Capitol Walk

Very clean and peaceful location in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to the Capitol. Walking around the corner and one block to coffee, breakfast and several local restaurants and businesses. Felt very comfortable and safe there the whole time. Plan to go back.

Nice, quiet location

Enjoyed our stay at this very quiet house. The bathroom was updated, fresh and clean. There was a nice wardrobe to hang up clothes but no luggage rack to set our suitcase upon, not the end of the world but it would be nicer than leaving it on the floor. Only a couple of blocks away from the Metro and bus stations. There are a lot of restaurants and a central market close by. It was a nice, cool place to come back to after a day of exploring D.C. in the heat.

This property is located just north of Eastern Market in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood. You cannot find a better location as a tourist or someone who has work in the area. The unit is nicely furnished with comfortable bed and great bathroom. Updated and very clean and fresh. Just keep in mind their is no kitchen or kitchenette.

Very quiet safe neighborhood close to the metro and restaurants, convenient for touring Washington DC The room was not quite as advertised, as there was a small couch pictured when I rented it , and it had been replaced with two very uncomfortable wrought iron chairs, so no where to sit and relax. Also found the bathroom a little moldy.

Easy and Quaint Location

If you plan to spend a lot of time eating up all the amazing things there are to do in SC, this location is perfect for that! It is extremely easy to get to the metro and a very safe neighborhood. My spouse and I spent many nights enjoying the night life and never felt uneasy walking back to this place, often after 10PM. Enise is quick to help with any issue, respond to questions on the property and provide recommendations. My only warning would be if you plan to drive into the area! I’d recommend avoiding if possible but if you do, try to figure out the zone parking permit beforehand as it has a few steps. Honestly, if you are okay with it, we found a parking deck just north of the White House that was much cheaper parking if you pay cash! I would hands down stay at this property again and highly recommend!
