Great location! Walkable to two parks, coffee, groceries, restaurants, Metro and more! We did spring break with kids and had a wonderful stay, we used to live in the area and wanted to be close to the major sights and quick access to visit friends in VA, DC and MD. This spot was perfect for minimal travel time for all we wanted to do. A drive into major sights of DC and VA is easy and quick if you’re familiar with traffic times/patterns and roads. If you’re not familiar with the driving in the DC area - The Metro is a 10ish minute walk from the house and takes you almost anywhere you’d want to go for major sights and things to do! Host’s responses were quick and always helpful! House was very clean - basics were stocked (laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, basic cooking condiments, oils etc) and very organized! Family friendly home and neighborhood. Oh, and a garage at the place to park was clutch!Beds were comfortable, sheets were cozy. I was thrilled with our stay and would book again!

Excellent Property

We stay in Arlington a few weekends a year with our pup. This property was perfect. Owner was super responsive in answering any questions. We had a small issue with not knowing which unit it was because it's not clearly stated on the property address in the listing, but owner got back quickly with the info when we reached out.Quite possibly the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, very nice touch of a selection of drinks in the fridge, some snacks and Nespresso pods. Those small touches were very much appreciated. Location is excellent and an easy 10 min walk to Clarendon or a quick 2 blocks into Ballston, where you'll find a large selection of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future.

We absolutely loved this location. We were walking distance to 2 metro rail stations which was great because we used that to get into DC each day. The property was exactly as listed and the host was very prompt in his responses. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Family Visit

We needed to be close to our son’s house and have our own space. Location was great and owner really tried to be helpful with nice extras like coffee, some snacks and garage door opener. Parking was a challenge for visitors. Beds were comfy. We would like to rent again.

Great place to stay in Arlington. Close to many amenities in Ballston. Metro is very close. The townhome is well-appointed, and there was great communication with the property manager. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Arlington.
