  • 3 niveaus van comfortabel wonen voor uw verblijf in Washington DC. 3 grote slaapkamers (1 kingsize bed, 2 queensize bedden) met donzen donzen confrontaties en hoge kwaliteit lakens, 3. 5 onlangs gerenoveerde moderne badkamers (elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer), grote tv-kamer met breedbeeld-tv, eetkamer met plaats voor 10 personen, volledig uitgeruste gastronomische keuken, zitplaatsen en eetkamer met een grote weber grill, grote onderhoudende kamer op het eerste niveau, hoge plafonds en origineel hout en gips gieten door het hele huis. Ruim en aangenaam huis, voorzien van alle faciliteiten. We hebben de authenticiteit van het huis enorm gewaardeerd. Dat betekent wel dat je het kraken van de houten vloer erbij moet nemen, maar voor ons is dat niet storend.Het pand is gelegen aan Logan Circle, dus net iets buiten het centrum, maar in een leuke buurt met veel faciliteiten (resto's en warenhuizen).Ralph hebben we niet persoonlijk ontmoet, maar hij was steeds bereikbaar en erg reactief ten aanzien van de 2 kleine probleempjes die we hebben gehad.Wij keren met veel plezier terug, als de gelegenheid zich zou voordoen.

Perfect place to spend a long weekend in DC. Plenty of room for everyone. Location was great for walking to restaurants and a quick uber to the National Mall. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Ralph was very hospitable and answered all our questions almost immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!

We loved returning here at the end of busy days in DC. The home is well-equipped for cooking at home, and the host is very responsive to inquiries. It’s also a great walking neighborhood! I would definitely stay here again.

Charming historic home

We loved our stay in Logan Circle. The house is extraordinary - an impeccable old terrace with huge amounts of space and a very well set up kitchen. Very convenient to everywhere - including Diplomat (great restaurant) and Wholefoods (of course!). Ralph was a great host - very rapid responses to questions and helpful. Thanks, Ralph. This home is amazing - very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, and great cooks kitchen. Bathrooms are all remodeled and moldings are beautiful. Nicely renovated old row house in a fun, vibrant neighborhood that has great restaurants and shops all conveniently located to the main sights. Can easily walk to the White House, mall, etc. Would stay here again.

A true historical gem

Our stay in DC was highlighted by this beautiful home. If you want to stay in a wonderful neighborhood where you get a sense of the Logan Circle community, this is the place for you. Many amenities were close by, including a great breakfast spot, Ted’s Bulletin. Ralph was a great host, checking in with us to make certain our arrival and departure went without a hitch. We whole heartedly recommend this place a a great place to stay while in DC.

Wonderful stay

Perfect DC Experience

A Home away from Home that gives you the true DC neighborhood experience, far more than staying at a chain hotel. This is a clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and historically respectful home in a beautiful neighborhood - walking distance to much of what you need to see and do. A parking pass was provided so that street parking was worry free. We truly enjoyed our vacation here.

Incredible property and location

Home Away from Home (but better!)

Ralph was amazing working with our small team of international business travelers. The house was immaculate, roomy, and exquisitely comfortable. Everything was there in abundance. Amazing Logan Circle Home

My family spent 3 very comfortable nights in this home. We loved the location as we could walk to everything. There are many delicious restaurants, markets and pharmacy within walking distance. We loved sitting on the back deck with our morning coffee and evening wine. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The beds are incredibly comfortable with crisp linens. Ralph was an exceptional host who responded very quickly to any questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Lovely Stay in Logan Circle!

Absolutely perfect & as advertised! Ralph went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the stay. You sense his hospitality the minute you enter the home. The home is clean, has everything needed & is in a great location. We walked to many of the monuments/museums. It was easy to head to a Nationals game. There are great restaurants around, but we also enjoyed a night in of grilling! Thank you!

Perfect spot for a stay in DC

Our group of six, including four children, loved our stay in DC in this townhouse. It was spacious and comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect for touring DC. Because of our large group, we took Ubers rather than public transport, and it was very affordable. We also felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood, both during the day and in the evening. There is a Whole Foods half a mile away as well as lots of restaurants and other shopping. We would love to come back and stay again. Not recommended for the very young or very old due to steep stairs.

Nice Logan Circle Townhouse

Property was nice and kitchen was well appointed with glassware and serveware. Location was convenient and safe. Easy to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Upstairs faucet broke on our 2nd full day there and was not repaired during our stay, towel rack was coming out of wall and bed frame in up stairs guest room was broken and had obviously been tied together. It Fell apart in middle of night on our grandson. Overall the house was great, clean and worked well for our family’s vacation to DC.

House adds to the DC experience

This beautiful Victorian townhouse provides the perfect retreat from tours in our nation’s capital. The home is exactly as advertised and adds to the DC experience. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook meals. Mornings and evenings were spent at the dining table which was ideal for sharing a meal with the family. The owner provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Our adult children enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. Our son ran in the mornings to the national mall area and our daughter-in-law joined yoga at a nearby studio. We highly recommend the evening national monument private bicycle tour sponsored by unlimited biking. The townhome’s location is ideal for exploring our nation’s capital.

Excellent 2 weeks in Logan circle

We have lived in DC for 16 years and needed a place to stay for two weeks after we sold our house and before moving overseas. Our two university aged children joined us for a week. All of us loved this house and the neighborhood. The house is a classic old DC townhouse, but it’s recently updated, comfortably furnished, with a well designed kitchen and modern bathrooms. It’s a lot bigger than we expected - the rooms are large with high ceilings and there is a den/office on the second floor that is in addition to the 3 bedrooms/dining room/living room. So plenty of space for a family get-together. We enjoyed the house so much we did a lot of cooking in the big kitchen and watching movies in the office/den. However, the house is a perfect location to enjoy Logan circle area with its range of restaurants and nice shops. Logan Circle is a young, diverse, and vibrant neighborhood so you don’t have to walk far to get a good meal or have drinks. For those of you from out of town visiting DC, the house is an easy walk to the Mall and museums/monuments. While we did not intend to do any sightseeing, we actually did walk down to the National gallery and the museum of African-American History (not to be missed!). We also walked to the Capital One center to see a hockey game. In short, a perfect house on a perfect location to enjoy the sites of DC. Next time we are back in Dc we will definitely rent this place again.
