We are ecstatic to host your group for family travel, girls night, or group trips. This is a 2 story house with a basement & fenced in backyard. Free street parking available at this listing.

This 2 story rowhouse with basement boasts 3 bedrooms, 5ft quartz peninsula, stainless steel appliances, and an electric fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) upstairs with 1 full bathroom. The third bedroom is in the basement with its own full bathroom. To be in compliance with the city and fire code, the basement does have 2 exits (exterior door and 2 windows).

This house is built prior to 1960 which means that the basement will be the coldest and the top floor will be the warmest. In an effort to ensure everyone staying at the property is comfortable, we provide portal/ceilings and portable heat sources
