Dit prachtige huis met een open, modern interieur biedt plaats aan zes gasten en ligt direct aan Capitol Hill, een paar blokken van het Supreme Court, National Mall en Capitol Building. De buurt is veilig en rustig met een heleboel restaurants om de hoek. Er zijn twee metrohaltes op loopafstand (5-10 minuten), dus alles van DC is binnen handbereik!

Geweldig voor alle groepen, inclusief gezinnen met kleine kinderen (pack 'n play, wieglakens en babyhekje inbegrepen). Inclusief een volledige keuken, een eethoek, een woonkamer en twee volledige badkamers. Slaapplaatsen zijn twee slaapkamers boven met queensize bedden, een luchtbed en een bank. Voldoende beddengoed en handdoeken van hoge kwaliteit. Grote afgesloten patio met meubels en prachtige lichtslingers.

Property was nice and clean. Great location. Please add the door code to towards the beginning of the house rules as it was 3/4 of the way into the document and not easily found. There are a lot NO's and can't do's which I understand, but the constant reminder that the owner lives & works below is too much. Thank your guests for staying, rather then telling them NO.

Superb property. Immaculately clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is lovely and safe and close to all Capitol Hill attractions, metro, retail, restaurants, etc. Christopher was a great host and very responsive during the booking process. My sister and I spent 6 nights staying at this beautiful home. It is central to everything that we wanted to do. Just about everything was within a 2-3 miles radius with most places within 1 mile. The home is clean and nice and we had no issues. The host, Chris, was wonderful and very helpful when we needed him.

Great DC House and Location

We came to DC with our three grandsons ages 10 and 11. Chris’s home was perfectly located in a quiet residential area in Capitol Hill. Just blocks from the Eastern Market metro station, it was so easy to get to all the sights plus dinner options. Our boys navigated the neighborhood so easily. The house was great. Everything we needed for a lovely stay. Very clean. Chris made checkin so easy. His house was well stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries. We didn’t cook meals there since we wanted to take advantage of the great restaurants nearby, however the kitchen was great. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Chris!

Modern classy condo, great location!

My folks and I stayed for a few days in this beautiful condo. Nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for walking to the Capitol and other DC sights. Over the weekend I found street parking easily right in front. Friendly communication with the owner. We appreciated our time there. I highly recommend!
