'My husband and I booked a luxury ocean view room that was supposedly upgraded to diamond. It seems the upgrade was being on the 7th floor. The room itself was basic and very small, however it was clean and the view was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. My only complaint regarding staff was that there was no extra effort made to inform guests about the activities happening on the property. It seems you are expected to just figure it out on their app and I did not find the app to be...

'Good'

'Comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The pool and beach were delightful. Great staff! The Activities & Entertainment team was awesome (Thanks, Jonah, Michael, Sabrina, Joseph, Thunder and Ricardo!).'

'Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine.'

'The Staff was always helpful. The environment was always peaceful. The Sea was the gifted view for all guest to see. It made my stay tranquil.'

'The property was convenient to the airport about 10 minutes without traffic. Villas was clean and exactly as shown. On-site staff was attentive and very responsive, so was the entire hospitality expert team. Would stay again.'

'There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website'

'I was unable to use the accommodation because there was no one there to welcome me and they didn't answer the phone; consequently, I couldn't get in and had to look for somewhere else to stay.'
