'Our room was very dirty, the bed was hard as a rock, and when we arrived to our room the door wasn't even shut. That is because the door sticks so bad you have to pull it hard to shut it. The pool area was nice. It was just my 10 year old son and I that stayed for 5 days. Very disappointed and would not stay again'

I still feel like the hotel is not returning communication from expidia when they reach out. The young lady athe front desk wouldn't even give me any kid of documentation that I checked out.
