'My partner and I stay at this hotel once a year, and it never disappoints. Every stay has been excellent, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the amenities are great, and the breakfast offers plenty of options. The hotel is clean, and we were happy to see that the rooms have been beautifully renovated. We always look forward to coming back and would highly recommend staying here!'

'We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready. The staff welcomed us. Our room was on the 6th floor. Our room had a bad food sell, and the sofa and chairs were old and dirty. The walls were dirty. The wifi didn’t work in the 6th floor, which was an issue as I had a present to complete. I was able to work in the lobby - the wifi was fine there. 'Room and staff are great but process to actually get access is fiddly. There are several online steps to complete that put me back in the Expedia app where the messages didn't render correctly.'

'The 'Residence & Conference Centre' is a college dormitory turned into a (partial) hotel. The "suite" we reserved for a one-night stay was a very basic 2+ person dorm room, best suitable for couples or people (friends, family members) who prefer to have a room for themselves (since there were two separate bedrooms). The place was clean, the bed was good as was the shower and breakfast was basic, but ok for the price we paid. The best feature of this hotel however was the staff. Great service,...
