'Great hotel with super spacious and comfortable rooms. Location is nice: walking distance to Pier Park and Winn Dixie right across the street. The gentleman at check in was kind enough to change our two queen to a king room, which was very convenient. Nice pool with sunbeds. We also appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in the lobby.'

'The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. Our room was a little out dated but CLEAN!! The security guards were constantly walking the property which made us feel safe. The only complaint I had was they forgot to bring us fresh towels and TP. There were 4 of us so we needed towels after the first night. Rather then keep bothering them I just went and bought a few towels and wash clothes and TP Everyone we came in contact with that worked there was so polite and helpful '

This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in...

Do not stay here: extra fee, dirty and long lines
"Do not stay at this property. They offer relative cheap prices on internet but charge you a resort fee at the property. This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in another hotel and if you include this hotel resort fee they are not more expensive and it will safe you a lot of time at check in and you will stay in a much cleaner and better maintained property"
