Starting with the positives because there is not a lot: The location of this accommodation is very optimal, very close to St James’s Park station and it is easy and fast to get around to everything you want to do. 'Location is near 2 different underground stations and a very large Westfield shopping mall. Like other reviews, the place is hard to find at first but we found it. It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place.
