It was the best bed I have ever had in renting places in OBX for 30 years. Everything I needed was there. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. My favorite seafood market in walkable distance. The deck was private. It was quiet. There is the pattering of feet during waking hours above that I got used to quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. ...

'Great room /location / property. Lee has a beautiful home & this is nicer than any hotel room available. It does not have a full kitchen (nor is that advertised), but the mini fridge & microwave are adequate for shorter stays. We stayed 3 nights & would certainly return for same amount of time in future. Grounds are meticulously manicured & boardwalk to Sound is equally inviting for sunsets or just to watch the kiters!'
