'We loved our stay! The building has the perfect 1800s charm with lots of authentic character. Great location—easy drive to and from Gettysburg with plenty to do nearby. The space was clean and comfortable. Note there are stairs, but they add to the historic feel. The host provided thoughtful touches like sound machines, a well-stocked kitchen, a pool table for entertainment, and ample towels and washcloths. Perfect getaway spot for my spouse and me!'

'Everything was perfect. The property is very cute and comfortable and the host was wonderful!'

'Check-in was super easy. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. There was one hiccup that came up and were very quick to resolve. The house itself is a great historic home. They have done a great job modernizing it. My only feedback would be to have more supplies in the kitchen to accommodate preparing foods like knives, cutting boards, trays, etc. But otherwise, very happy with our stay and the beautiful property, and it being dog friendly!'

'Our large family gathered at this wonderful home over the holidays and found it to be fun, comfortable and clean. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed spreading out in the open living room, dining room and kitchen area. We also appreciated attention to details such as light switches being clearly marked, the convenience of two dishwashers, and the great communication from the owners. The location is very peaceful. We highly recommend Applewood Landing!'
