'This is a very nice property. The pictures of the outside do this property no justice. The beds were nice. The neighborhood was peaceful. The owner of the property was helpful and responded quickly. I thought I left an item at the property and the owner quickly responded, checked for the item and informed me of the outcome. If we sail out of Port Canaveral again, this property will DEFINITELY be in our list. '

'Three of my kids from out of state flew in to watch my youngest graduate from high school. I wanted a fun place that was still close by to bring us together and allow us to spend time with each other while enjoying ourselves. This home provided the perfect environment for what I had envisioned! Joel was super attentive and helpful! We laughed, played, made memories and became a closer family over the last four days in the house. Eternally grateful for this opportunity. '

'Our stay was great! The house and property are beautiful. The only issue is that there is only a queen bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom and two futons. That is not what is listed for this property so that was a little disappointing. '

'Myself and a few friends needed a place to stay for a concert in Orlando. This place worked out great. Centrally located and easily accommodated 3 adults. House was as described and was perfect for our needs.'

'The outside will definitely scare you with the whole junkyard vibe, but inside awaits a beautifully put together little cottage! It was comfortable and perfect for our small group! Located close to everything we wanted to do! The host was awesome too! Provided immediate responses to all my inquiries! We sat out on the porch early mornings and late nights, without any incidents! I would highly recommend! '

'When we arrived at the house, the grass was over grown, people were walking through the yard right next to the house. Once we got into the house, the floors were sticky. Part of the stairs were broken. Parts of the outlets were broken. The host was very hard to reach. '

'This house was great! The AC had an issue and the owner snapped to fixing it SO FAST! The AC got down to a wonderful 72 in the Florida summer. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Even a high chair! Thank you! '
