Sofabed is echt slecht. Doorgegeven aan de medewerkers moest dan maar een ectra bed huren voor 20 dollar per dag. Ik vind dat een slechte service. Je boekt een kamer voor 4 personen en dan is het bed van slechte kwaliteit. Dat verwacht je niet van Marriot hotel dat ze slechte bedden hebben. Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld.'
