'Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. Bring your best earplugs. Breakfast is decent, service can be slow. Tiny outdoor pool and two nice hot tubs. Maintenance is hit and miss: rooms...

'Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much...

'Everything was good and exactly as stated. We used the pool and the hot tub. Cooked our dinner on the bbq and took it back to the apartment to eat it on the balcony (we were on the second floor overlooking the recreation area). Shopping was an easy walk. The one night stay was very easy and relaxing.'

'This is the place that we want to come again... we arrived with a very bad weather so the warm water at the pool was so relaxing... laundry area was clean and our room is beach front so even with a storm the view is amazing! We stayed for 3 nights, room was clean, our mini kitchen is full of all the utensil that we need... comfy beds and shower is really good. Service was amazing, the staff are really nice,helpfull and polite. Parking is easy.. We love to come visit again. Thank you team we...
