'Nice spot,very clean,would Côme back'

'The place was wonderful! We enjoyed our 6 night stay, every room was very clean including the bathroom, and felt comfortable like being in our home. Had everything we needed, was quiet and peaceful and we slept well. Location is not far from Sandbanks Provincial Park with beautiful sandy beaches. We would recommend this property, plus the owners were very kind!'

'Exactly as pictured. Great location for Picton- comfortable, clean- everything you need except outdoor space isn’t great- and as in other comments - watch your head.. Host very responsive.'

'Yes very much and helpful'

'We had an excellent stay with our daughter. We loved the location along with all the snacks, games, a/c, wine, and a well stocked kitchen. The a/c worked great and was definitely needed most of the days. We had so much fun in the kayaks checking the Canadian geese, goslings, swans and basking turtles. Having access to the bbq was a plus. The sunsets were gorgeous.'

'The unit was beautiful, spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, was immaculate, bright and functional. The bedrooms were inviting, comfortable and extremely clean. The outdoor space was a nice added bonus; we enjoyed our morning coffee outside, under the gazebo. From check in to check out, communication with Kim was clear and timely. I would recommend this spot whole-heartedly and I look forward to returning.'

'My friends and I stayed at this property on the past weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the uncleanliness of the space was alarming. We discovered cockroaches not only in the fridge and on the shelves but also around the basement area. This made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about our health throughout our stay. Additionally, the advertisement does not mention that the property was a shared space. This missing information significantly...

'Meticulously clean and bright. We appreciated the extra host details such as fresh towels on our beds, feminine pads, q-tips & floss sticks in the bathroom, salt, pepper & cooking oil in the pantry. Perfect for our family of 4 to stay overnight & enjoy home cooked meals together (avoid the expense of 2 hotel rooms). We would definitely recommend & stay again!'

'We had a lovely stay! Very clean, spacious basement apartment. The host was attentive and available if anything was needed. '

'Kim and Zubin were wonderful hosts. Always very responsive, flexible, and informative. The apartment was beautiful. We could tell they put a lot of thought, care and expertise into the design. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. '
