'The information in the booklet was an accurate as to how to contact reception. It recommended in two different places to dial 0# which was also written on the small insert on the wall phone! If they had of been an emergency there would’ve been no communication possible. I randomly tried dialling 9 which connected me with the very pleasant and efficient receptionist.
