Moody Beach Front Studio Cottage WIFI

Ongelooflijke locatie, direct aan het strand. Vrijstaand klein (denk aan een klein huis) studio-condo, een van de zeven bekend als Moody Sands Villas. Let op: alle buitenruimtes zijn voor het gemeenschappelijk gebruik van alle 7 huisjes. Ons huisje heeft een nieuw interieur met volledige keuken, corian tellers in de kleur 'strand glas', glazen schuifdeur met uitzicht op het zand en surfen. Geniet van een beetje luxe op het strand. Murphy opklapbed met premium matras, 600 thread count lakens, gezellige dekens en katoenen spreads. Ga 's nachts in bed liggen en luister naar de golven die voor de deur slaan. Dit komt het dichtst in de buurt van een bed op het strand! Vol bad met regendouche en luxe handdoeken. Alle beddengoed inbegrepen, zelfs strandlakens. Moody beach is een privéstrand alleen voor huiseigenaren. Het heeft prachtig poederachtig zand en is ondiep, gewoon geweldig voor kinderen. Twee buitendouches maken deel uit van de vereniging. Wij zijn gelegen in de buurt van Ogunquit strand en de marginale manier. 2 strandstoelen en boogieplanken voorzien. Gratis wifi Beperkt tot 3 inzittenden, eigendom is rookvrij binnen en buiten (strand)


Let op: dit huisje is onderdeel van een vereniging met de volgende regels. Niet meer dan 3 inzittenden inclusief kinderen. Beperkt tot één parkeerplaats. Niet roken binnen of buiten op vereniging gronden inclusief het strand voor het huisje. Strandvuren zijn niet toegestaan. Stille tijden zijn 22.00 uur tot 07.00 uur.

Cottage with amazing view

A charming cottage with Murphy bed that worked well for us for a couple of nights. A gorgeous view through the front picture windows, with the beach and ocean directly in front of our place. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach.

Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage! You can’t beat the location- steps away from a private beach. So many excellent restaurants nearby. The cottage had everything we needed. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. We look forward to another stay here !

Inconvenient cabin. Loveseat is to big for the room so when it is moved at night it blocks the door and makes it unsafe in case of an emergency!! 2 smaller comfortable chairs would work better!! Also the floor is very spongy and uneven!! Needs some tender loving care!

Can’t beat the location

Property is very small but we knew that when booking. The ocean right out your door is the reason for staying here. Everything that you need to have the property had. We had a problem and the owner and her husband were very responsive and the issue was resolved the same day. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We loved being right on the beach!! We walked into Ogunquit each day and did the Marginal way. The cottage is small but well equipped and we were very comfortable. Great stay!!

Little piece of heaven

It was a last minute trip I booked, the owner Deb was great with communicating with me about my concerns (not that there were many) just the fine details. Once I arrived I was amazed at the ease of finding the place, location of the cottage, the view and all the fine details of the cottage. I couldn’t have done anything to make it better. Friendly people on the beach, great walk to Ogunquit, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove! Felt cozy, welcoming and a very restful place to get away from life’s craziness. I definitely look forward to going again💜🙏

Waves!

Very small but well appointed cottage on directly on the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the patio chairs or listen to the waves while you sleep. Beach walking can be done for about a mile in either direction and the beach is mostly private owners so never too busy. Note the parking spots are very small so don’t bring a pick-up or large SUV. If the stairs haven’t been fixed use caution! Very enjoyable experience, the proximity to the water here is key!

Lovely Cottage & Location

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the cottage this past weekend. The cottage was very cleanly, property manager was responsive and great to work with, the location is breathtaking. It was the perfect couple’s getaway. Moody Beach is amazing, nothing beats the private beach. Highly recommend for couples or single individuals who would like a break from reality.

Lovely stay

We loved staying at Deb’s cottage. It is just as pictured, and while it is tiny, it is well arranged and well stocked. The sounds of the ocean and the sunrise were perfect, and the beach was lovely. This was a perfect relaxing weekend!

A spectacular location!

We had an awesome weekend! We watched a glorious sunrise Saturday, enjoyed long walks on the beach, rode bikes into Perkins Cove and up to Wells Beach, gained two pounds eating out, and even enjoyed watching the ocean during the rain.

“Gem” on Moody Beach

What a fabulous location….right on Moody Beach! Cottage was absolutely charming. The hostess was gracious, prompt & left not one thing to our imagination…from an easy check-in/out to where her favorite places were to dine out!
