'Small but nice enough.for a weekend. . Its in the middle of other small places so very close to others. Street parking was good. '

'There were a couple of items broken when we arrived. Shakey kitchen chairs and a towel bar in the bathroom. The parking was less than ideal. We were told to park next to the porch and not in the driveway, but there was always a car parked on the street in front of that area. So there was no way to pull into it. The place was clean when we arrived and we left it clean.'

'The picture on VRBO does not depict condition of property. I chose not to stay there due to the conditions. Very unkept, trash cans everywhere, very limited parking, siding rippled like there had been a fire or it melted. Attempted to get money back.'

'What a wonderful little cottage. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and it’s 5 minutes away from the beach. Peter was so quick to respond to me as well. What a wonderful host. '
