You'll love this nautical-themed cottage that comes with a full kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living room space, and a separate bedroom with (2) full beds. The unit has free wireless WiFi and Cable. Cottage has an AC and Heating unit as well as a screened in front porch. You are steps away from the seasonal pool and hot-tub (opens May 25, 2025). Conveniently park beside the cottage. This place has a private, outdoor grill. This property also has a playground, basketball court and other outdoor activities. Coin operated washers and dryers available on site. The cottage comes provided with fresh sheets and towels. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please be advised that we have an absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy! You will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,500.00 USD for violating this policy. We need to be respectful to our other guests who may have health issues.

Very cute cottage, well decorated and equipped. In the back of cottage is a lumber yard. But it wasn’t too noisy even though that start working at 6:30.

The rental was great, except for the beds, the mattresses were way too soft and we sunk way in causing not good sleep there. Also the blinds were not put in the right place on the windows to the point where anyone could see in the edges while closed. Otherwise it was s great place. Everything we could have wanted was there.

Perfect summer getaway!!

This cottage was perfect for a girl’s summer getaway! The cottage was nicely decorated with a beach theme and everything was so clean. We enjoyed sitting and talking on the enclosed front porch. We already know we want to come back next summer and stay a little longer!!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderfully kept cottage with comfortable beds, extremely clean interior and all the needed amenities. Close enough to Wells, York and Ogunquit for tourist things during the day and come back to a quiet evening at the cottage. Will be back next year for sure!

A perfect little cottage!

We loved this cottage! Plenty of room for 2. Cottage is stocked with lots of dishes, cups, pots and pans and silverware. No need to bring anything but food. Even a stocked coffee bar. (Coffee pods & tea, sugar, provided, but we did bring our own). There was a good amount of cleaning products, soaps, paper goods, etc. plenty of bath towels too! We didn’t even use them all. Beach chairs were also provided. In fact so many of the things I packed and thought I would need were already there. Everything is very well thought out. We really enjoyed the screened in front porch for evening drinks and morning coffees. The location was right in the middle of all our favorite restaurants and beaches. It could not have been more convenient. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We are hoping to rent again next summer!

Cute little cottage

The pictures are accurate. Darling little cottage. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We spent each morning drinking coffee in the screened in porch. Loovely! The bedroom was very small and a dresser that I used for some things, but am thankful for the luggage racks in the living room so we didn't have to keep them on the floor. Laundry room was good and spacious. I would stay here again. Wells is a nice town.

Beach getaway

Summer Sea Cottage was an excellent choice. In minutes we were walking on the beach or eating at a great restaurant enjoying fresh lobster. Biking and hiking was near by. The cottage is everything you need and we prepared meals there, too. Jennifer was an excellent communicator who relieved any worries about amenities or arrangements for our stay. We’ll be back.

Very Lovely place!

This cottage is perfectly clean and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. We booked online and you always wonder if you will love it. Well it exceeded my expectations. The location was great for touring along Maine’s southern coastal area and the maps and brochures left for us were helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area.
