'We used this property for 3 families to stay during a softball tournament. We had 2 couples, a single mom, and 3 teen girls. It worked so well for us and was close to the fields! Property was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again!'

'We were in town for a wedding. This unit was centrally, located and convenient to the areas of Lawrence that we needed access to. It is an older unit with doors that stick and don’t fully close. But well stocked with bathroom amenities, snacks, comfortable beds, and lots of video games!'

'Overall, our experience was OK however, as a group of 12 to families coming together, there was zero room to gather as a group. The furniture was all miniature sized and very uncomfortable, probably Wayfair special. The beds were small. The master bathroom did not have any hot water. We had a gas leak outside. 'This property is wonderful. Gayle has thought of everything and is a wonderful host. The house is clean and offers plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking necessities (if you are so inclined), games for inside and out... truly everything you need to relax and enjoy the reason for your visit to Lawrence. If I need to travel to Lawrence again, I may even try to plan my travel dates on availability of this home! It's absolutely perfect.'

'Treehouse was neat, a little small in the bathroom. The only thing that would've made it better would be a fire pit to cook over & enjoy a campfire & a grill of some sort.
