Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge'

'From the pictures online, it appeared that the hotel had nice rooms. When we arrived on Friday, May 22nd, it couldn’t be further from the truth. The parking lot didn’t have any vehicles in it and it was Memorial weekend. That should have been my first warning but we proceeded to check in. The smell was fowl and the lobby wasn’t neat and tidy like the photos made it appear. When we got to our room, we were first met with a filthy run down space. We asked for a queen and got a full instead. I...
