'Clean, well-appointed and close to Kingman downtown'

'If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The place was perfect for our needs. Felicia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She is also very nice and understanding. I highly recommend this property!'

'Single female traveler with a doggo; this rental was perfect for my 9-day stay in Kingman. The duplex was sparkling clean and had all the amenities of home. I felt safe and comfortable in the unit and walking around the neighborhood. The mattress and bedding were a stand-out; soft, cozy, and more elevated than what I've experienced in other rentals. Communication with the host was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.'

'The Desert Owl is very nice little house. All the little touches that make a house a home. Kitchen is well stocked. It slept a family of 7 comfortably. I am told even the futons we comfortable. The sunrise, sunset and especially the stars were amazing. You have to remember that you are in the middle of nowhere. I would suggest getting to the place before night as the area is very dark and it gets dark quickly. Driving to Dolan Springs we were wondering what we got our selves into but was...

'We had the most wonderful stay at the Bee house It was super clean and had lots of amenities like air fryer, games, coffee, shower supplies and more. Our host was kind enough to even drop off some extra blankets and checked in with us to make sure everything was going alright. Communication was great and it has been our best stay this whole trip! We're traveling from Tennessee to Yuma and made multiple stays along the way and just finished driving from yuma to seattle area and made even more...

'Comfy and cozy! Great communication.'

'Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.'

'Very comfortable and well supplied property. Pretty much everything you need to just move in and spend a few days or longer. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. One slight negative was that when the sprinklers came on in the evening or if you ran the clothes washer, there was absolutely no water pressure anywhere else in the house. We were all in our mid 70s to 80-year-old range and we all felt that it would be helpful to have clear instructions on the TV cable/streaming/HDMI...

'Property was as pictured and very clean. Comfortable beds, lots of towels. Host was responsive and supplied coffee, laundry detergent and even some food. Washer/dryer and AC were great (I didn't cook but I'm sure the stove etc worked) Note: Plan to arrive before dark; it would be ill-advised to drive those unfamiliar roads at night. Gas up before coming and bring some food; the lone restaurant closes early and doesn't always serve breakfast. No gas station in Oatman. Spotty cell service but we...
