'OMG this place is so amazing. Five star all the way. We stayed in Lemur room 2 and they hung out mostly on our side. Food was out of this world. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The zoo is amazing and the tour in the morning was so good. The young man was so great and I cannot explain how beautiful this was. I would love to go back again. xxxx'

'My 1st visit the room was spotless but 2nd visit it smelled so bad was hard to stay and the carpet stained. I give 5 stars as the staff are friendly, accomodating, helpful and amazing from reception to bar, to chef to waiting staff. I haven't met the cleaning staff but I have done this type of work in the past and always appreciative, that is why I strip beds, fold dirty towels and empty rubbish bins. I hope to be given the same respect and I'll visit again surely:)'

'This is a fine hotel, however staff could do more in cleaning the room. Friendly staff. Please be aware the hotel is located in a quiet location, so there is not a lot to do. '

'Een heel fijne, rustige plek in Canberra op loopafstand van leuke restaurantjes en winkels. Personeel is hartelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers hebben alles wat nodig is en het bed sliep heerlijk! Parkeren in ruime garage onder het hotel met genoeg parkeer vakken. Bonus: de snacks en drankjes op de kamer en bij de receptie en het Nespresso koffiezetapparaat met cups naar keuze We komen hier graag nog een keer terug!'

'Both my wife and I enjoyed staying at the Punthill appartments, The apartment was very comfortable and well fitted out, and the reception staff were very friendly. The apartment was also within walking distance as to the reason we were in Canberra and would stay there again when in Tuggernong.'

'Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter. Playgrounds are great, basketball court amazing, free games on the deck daily and so much to...
