'The room was exceedingly humid from the moment we walked in, and when we took a shower we could tell why. The fan wasn't nearly powerful enough to take the steam away. The floors felt tacky underfoot although they looked pretty clean. Pillows were absolutely awful. Breakfast was atrocious - powdered eggs that were cold, gristly sausages and underwhelming potatoes. 'Great location. We arrived on the last flight of the night. Checking was smooth and great. I forgot about the warm cookie at check in but the front desk agent was on point. I love that little touch. 'We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite.
